Welcome to medicentsllc.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of the 2026 Benefits Blueprint (the "Product"). By purchasing or using this Product, you agree to these terms.

1. THE MERCHANT OF RECORD

All payments and transactions are processed by Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"), acting as the Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are also subject to Polar’s Terms of Service. Polar is responsible for payment processing, tax collection (VAT/Sales Tax), and initial order fulfillment.

2. LICENSE DURATION AND USAGE RIGHTS

Upon successful payment, Medicents LLC grants you a single-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your internal business purposes only. This is a time-limited license for the 2026 plan year. Use of this the Product for plan years beginning after December 31, 2026, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this license agreement.

  • Authorized Use: You may use the Product to generate reports for your employees.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the Excel file itself to third parties. You may not reverse-engineer the formulas or VBA code for commercial gain.

3. INFORMATIONAL USE ONLY

The Product is provided by Medicents LLC for illustrative and educational purposes only. It is designed to model health benefits and cost-sharing scenarios based on data provided by you (the Employer).

  • No Professional Advice: Medicents LLC does not provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.

  • Data Accuracy: All materials created using this product are dependent on the accuracy of the data input by the Employer.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Medicents LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages caused by the use or inability to use the Product. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Errors in data entry or misinterpretation of results.

  • Discrepancies between the Product's estimates and official insurance carrier determinations.

  • Errors resulting from user-modified formulas, hidden rows, or altered calculations.

5. REFUND POLICY

Because the Product is a digital product delivered via download, all sales are final once the Product has been accessed or downloaded.

TECHNICAL ISSUES: Refunds will only be considered in the event of a material technical defect that prevents the Product from functioning as described, provided you contact info@medicentsllc.com within 14 days of purchase.

MoR AUTHORITY: As the Merchant of Record, Polar reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in accordance with its own consumer protection policies or to prevent payment disputes.

6. SECURITY AND DATA

The Benefits Blueprint is an Excel-based tool intended to be saved and used locally on your hardware. Medicents LLC does not collect, store, or exchange the health plan data you enter into the tool with any online servers or AI models.
