Welcome to MedicentsLLC.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of the 2026 Benefits Blueprint (the "Product"). By purchasing or using this Product, you agree to these terms.

1. THE MERCHANT OF RECORD

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries regarding payments and handles all relevant sales tax collection and remission.

2. LICENSE AND USAGE RIGHTS

Upon successful payment, Medicents, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Benefits Blueprint for your internal business purposes only.

  • Authorized Use: You may use the Product to generate reports for your employees.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the Excel file itself to third parties. You may not reverse-engineer the formulas or VBA code for commercial gain.

3. INFORMATIONAL USE ONLY

The Benefits Blueprint is provided by Medicents for illustrative and educational purposes only. It is designed to model health benefits and cost-sharing scenarios based on data provided by you (the Employer).

  • No Professional Advice: Medicents does not provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.

  • Data Accuracy: All materials created using this product are dependent on the accuracy of the data input by the Employer.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Medicents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages caused by the use or inability to use this product. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Errors in data entry or misinterpretation of results.

  • Discrepancies between the Product's estimates and official insurance carrier determinations.

  • Errors resulting from user-modified formulas, hidden rows, or altered calculations.

5. REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL GOODS

Because the 2026 Benefits Blueprint is a digital product delivered via download, all sales are final once the Product has been accessed or downloaded.

  • Exception: Refunds will only be considered in the event of a material technical defect that prevents the tool from functioning as described, provided you contact info@medicentsllc.com within 14 days of purchase.

6. SECURITY AND DATA

The Benefits Blueprint is an Excel-based tool intended to be saved and used locally on your hardware. Medicents does not collect, store, or exchange the health plan data you enter into the tool with any online servers or AI models.
