REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: April 2026

At Medicents LLC, we stand behind the quality and value of the 2026 Benefits Blueprint. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via instant download, we maintain a strict refund policy.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of digital software and downloadable content, all purchases of the 2026 Benefits Blueprint are final and non-refundable. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned" once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PRODUCT NATURE

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • The Product is an Excel-based tool designed for use on local hardware.

  • You have reviewed the product description and "Sample Overview" to ensure the tool meets your needs (e.g., your firm offers between 1 and 4 health plans).

  • Access to the download link constitutes fulfillment of the order.

3. EXCEPTIONS FOR TECHNICAL DEFECTS

We want you to use the Blueprint with "Absolute Confidence." While we do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or a change in business needs, we will consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

  • Material Technical Defect: If the Excel file is corrupted or contains a verified calculation error that prevents the tool from functioning as described.

  • Non-Delivery: If you successfully paid but did not receive a download link or access to the fulfillment page.

4. HOW TO REQUEST ASSISTANCE

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us immediately at info@medicentsllc.com. Most technical issues can be resolved with a fresh file download or a brief support email.

5. ROLE OF THE MERCHANT OF RECORD

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. While Medicents LLC sets the refund criteria for our products, Paddle handles the final financial processing of any approved refunds or chargeback disputes.
